Are you ready for some football? The NFL will launch its own magazine

NFL MAGAZINE, the official magazine of the National Football League, will launch on December 13.

The new sports monthly will offer an “insider’s perspective” on the teams, games and personalities of professional football.  In the inaugural issue, readers will find articles featuring 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, Colts quarterback Peyton Manning, as well as a look back at the NFL’s longest game in history and more.

Initial circulation is expected to be 300,000 to 400,000 copies.  A host of well-known football reporters and analysts are locked in as regular contributors to the magazine.  NFL Publishing’s Jim Buckley, jbuckley@shorelinepublishing.com, will serve as editor.  Find the website at www.thenflmagazine.com.
