MAGNET, the indie-rock magazine launched in 1993, has come back to print after being forced to go online-only in 2008, due to financial pressures.
Relaunched as a monthly, the publication is reconnecting with the 10,000 loyal subscribers it had when the print edition was shuttered, surprising them with copies in the mail. Returning readers will find artist profiles, critical reviews and original photography covering the world of alt-rock.
The first issue appeared in October. Magnet co-founder Eric T. Miller still is at the helm as editor. Reach him at eric@magnetmagazine.com. Find the website at www.magnetmagazine.com.
