New magazine Dirt has tips for a cleaner planet

DIRT, a new magazine dedicated to sustainable living, debuted in Orange County, New York this month. The magazine’s subtitle, Healthy Living from the Ground Up, says it all.

Printed on 90% recycled paper, the bi-monthly publication contains a broad range of articles to help people live a full, healthy life while reducing their footprint. Look for sections like Griterati, about organic gardening and landscaping, Born Again, with ideas on how to reuse and repurpose items, Homemade, for healthy recipes, Get Out, with outdoor getaways, as well as features on health and profiles of people making green lifestyle choices for their families and pets.
