From blog to print, a new magazine will cover Seattle’s vibrant music scene

REVERB MONTHLY, a print publication covering the Seattle music scene, will debut on August 31.  The magazine is a spin-off from the Seattle Weekly music blog, Reverb.

Local music lovers can find articles and essays on Seattle’s culture and personalities, new music releases from local talent, shows and events, clubs, late-night dining and more.

Published by Seattle Weekly, Reverb Monthly will have a print circulation of 77,500.  Copies of the magazine will be inserted into the alternative newspaper, as well as distributed through record stores, clubs and other local music venues.  The managing editor is Chris Kornelis,, who also serves as Seattle Weekly’s music editor.  Visit the website at
