A new healthy lifestyle magazine juices things up in Canada

JUICE, a Canadian healthy lifestyle magazine, is scheduled to make its debut in April of 2012.

The new bimonthly will focus on healthy eating and nutrition, recipes, meal planning, practical health tips and financial advice.  Editorial content will be aimed at household decision makers.  Publisher Transcontinental Media says the magazine will “inform, inspire and enable consumers to achieve their healthy eating and lifestyle goals.”

Part of a multimedia brand launch, Juice will have an initial circulation of 400,000 print copies sold through retailer newsstands, and sent to a large selection of Loblaw store customers.  No announcements have been made about editorial staff and currently there is no live website.  Direct inquiries to Transcontinental director of communications, Nancy Bouffard, nancy.bouffard@transcontinental.ca.
