A new edition serves the Canadian food industry in two languages

CHEF & GROCER, the new bilingual format of the Quebec-based trade publication LE CHEF & L’EPICIER, debuted in Canada, expanding into a national magazine.

The monthly magazine covers the food service and retail food market industry, targeting professionals who work in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and grocery stores.  Readers will find business profiles, trade show coverage, historical information, international food industry news and more.
