A new magazine is cooking up some restaurant design

RESTAURANT DEVELOPMENT + DESIGN, a new print magazine, is scheduled to debut in March.  The biannual publication is a resource for restaurant professionals, and for architects and designers who specialize in building new restaurant locations and remodeling existing ones.

Articles feature case studies with new concepts and solutions, solving specific challenges, market reports for various restaurant segments, design trends, and prototypes of redesigns and remodels.  Regular columns and departments include Restaurant Reflections, Consultant’s Corner, Solutions Showcase, and Punch List, a Q & A with a restaurant professional.
