A new list of the most sleep-deprived cities in the nation has been compiled, with Charleston, WV, Knoxville, TN and Paducah, KY at the top of the list (what are you DOING out there in the Appalachian region, people?). WEEKLY READER*, the iconic kids’ news magazine in circulation since 1902, is folding.  The publication began life as CURRENT EVENTS magazine, before the title changed to MY WEEKLY READER in 1928.  The magazine will be rolled into SCHOLASTIC NEWS, and 55 of Weekly Reader’s 60 employees will be let go…
